
APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION
We will be accepting applications for the 2011-2012 school year beginning Monday, January 3, 2011. You may stop by the school office anytime during business hours to pick up an application, or download the application here. When completed, please return the application to the school office along with copies of your child’s:
Official Birth Certificate
Immunization Records
Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
Last Report Card (for grade 1-8)

Admissions Priority
Priority for admissions is given to active, supporting members of St. Catherine of Siena Parish. Catholics who are support, active and practicing members of another Catholic parish, as well as non-Catholics, will be considered for admission on the basis of weighted criteria, placement and available openings. Please see our Policy page for information on our admissions priority system. The date your application is returned does not take precedence over our priority admissions system. Only if two or more families/students have the same priority, the same readiness testing results, and are applying for the same opening, with all other things being equal, will admittance be granted to the family/student with the earliest application date.
Readiness and Placement Testing
Registration for both returning families and new families takes place in April. Any students accepted for admissions after the April registration date will be registered by appointment. Fees are due at the time of registration.
Kindergarten Application and Readiness
We strongly encourage early application for Kindergarten. Students applying for Kindergarten are given an individual readiness evaluation the week of March 7. Families also meet with the principal at this time. Families are informed of their status on March 11, 2011. We continue to accept applications after this date.
Tuition and Registration Fees
Tuition may be paid in full at the time of registration for a 4% discount. If the following year’s tuition is not paid in full at the time of registration, families must complete a FACTS Tuition Management Program application authorizing tuition payment by monthly electronic funds transfer. A voided check is needed for the FACTS application.
For current families, all accounts must be current and paid prior to registration.
Fees due at Registration are subject to change each year.
Tuition and Registration fees for the 2011-2012 school year will be available in March 2011.
